  • Modeling study on the response of lower trophic level production to climate change (NPRB, PI, 2006-2008).
  • Sea ice-ocean-atmosphere coupled model for Earth Simulator (ES), and coupled physical biological model with sea ice (IARC).
  • Sea ice –ocean-oil spill modeling system (SIOMS) for the nearshore Beaufort and Chukchi Seas: Improvement and parameterization (Phase II) (MMS, co-PI, 2004-2007).
