Ice Mass Balance Buoy

An ice mass balance buoy (IMB) will be deployed at the center of the SEDNA buoy array. More information about the Ice Mass Balance program can be found here.

Aims

The IMB will provide imformation about the thermodynamic evolution of level ice within the study region for the life time of the buoy array.
